COW (Chapter Officer Workshop) is a leadership retreat for our new DECA officer team where we spend two nights together at a cabin on the lake. During this time, we focused on getting to know each other better and learning to communicate with one another. We also spent time brainstorming new events and planning out what we hope our chapter will accomplish in the upcoming year.
