Meet the 2025-2026 DECA Leadership Team!
Charlotte Bell
Avery Kessen
Avery is serving as DECA Co-President. She is a Senior involved in NHS, Link Crew, Student Council, and Cheerleading. She is a 3x International Competitor, and hoping to return this year. Her initiative is to bring competitive success to more students in Wausau West DECA.
Megan Foster
Megan is serving as DECA Co-President. She is a Senior involved in NHS, Link Crew, and Soccer. Megan's initiative is to help herself and others step outside of their comfort zone and find success in their DECA experience!
Alex Voigt
Alex is serving as DECA Vice President. He is a Senior involved in Soccer, Wrestling, NHS, and Link Crew. His goal is to increase underclassmen participation.
Sam Hane
Sam as DECA Vice President. He is a Senior involved in Lacrosse, Finance Club, and Link Crew. His goal is to build a strong relationship with DECA members
Peyton Fuller
Peyton is serving as DECA Vice President. He is a Senior who is involved in Cross Country, and Link Crew. Peyton's initiative is to help lead member events throughout the school year so that all members can make the most of the involvement in DECA this year.
Aryana Bushman
Aryana is serving as DECA Vice President. She is a senior involved in NHS, Link Crew, Spanish Club, and Tennis. Her goal is to get younger members more involved and excited about DECA!
Abby Schawbe
Abby is serving as DECA Vice President. On top of DECA, Abby is involved in Wausau West FCCLA and cheer. Her initiative is to encourage members to try new things and help them become confident in areas where they were previously not.
Tyler Wendell
Tyler is serving as an SBE Manager.
Tyler is involved in hockey, golf, and loves DECA. He wants to improve the traffic flow throughout the store, as it can become very chaotic at times.
Ella Fabry
Ella is serving as an SBE Manager. She is involved in golf, wrestling, track, NHS, and link crew. As a school manager, she wants to add another register in the store so that people can buy their items at a more efficient rate.
Brinley Cavinder
Brinley is serving as an SBE Manager. She is involved in FCCLA, and Peyton's Promise. As a school store manager, she aims to help train employees to feel confident and comfortable in their roles.
Mr. Hert, Mrs. Fuller, and Mrs. Waldman
Mr. Hert, Mrs. Fuller, and Mrs. Waldman are our chapter advisors for Wausau West DECA. They are passionate, hard-working teachers in the business department at West. They have each been involved in DECA for a number of years and are extremely excited to continue preparing young leaders for success in the business world. These wonderful advisors make our chapter what it is, and we are so grateful for their constant help and support!
