West-Side Connection is Wausau West High School’s school-based enterprise, which also serves as the marketing lab, an extension of the marketing classroom. West-Side Connection carries a wide variety of food, beverages, spirit wear clothing, and accessories, for students, teachers and faculty, and members of the community. West-Side Connection is operated and managed by students who are enrolled in Marketing Education classes (Introduction to Marketing, Sports & Event Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Management, Hospitality & Tourism Marketing, and Advanced Marketing). Students who are enrolled in marketing classes learn the marketing concepts in the classroom and gain “hands-on experience” in the school store.  West-Side Connection is open on school days from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Visitors will have to enter door #1 at the main office, sign in, and get a visitor's pass to shop at the store.
