2023 Catches for a Cause

Also at the Log Game this year, we had one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, Catches for a Cause. This raises money for our Make a Wish patient, Everly. Everly is 4 years old and living with a Wilms Tumor. Her wish is to visit Disney World. To help her do that, we have a fundraising goal of $5,000. At this event, community members from all around Wausau were able to pay $1 to play a variety of games, from Pick-a-Pop, to football toss, and more. Not only did they have the chance to win a variety of exciting prizes, they also can know that their donations go 100% toward Everly's cause. At halftime, we also hosted a miracle minute where DECA members from both Wausau East and Wausau West helped pass around buckets to collect donations for Everly's wish. This year we raised a total of $3,599.66, a new record for this Wausau West DECA event! Thank you to everyone who participated and donated!
